"Interesting theme and decor."

"Great hotel. Only complaint is they need to get rid of the valet company downstairs. Very rude and they aren’t even affiliated with the hotel. Voiced my experience and concerns to Salvador, who worked at the hotel front desk. Salvador was so kind and helpful, a complete pleasure to work with and made my experience downstairs with the valet company be ignored. Beautiful hotel, amazing view and area, as well as awesome complimentary breakfast. Would surely recommend and revisit! Thank you,...

"Great location. Access to the Garden and access to Hanover Street and Fanueil Hall. So convenient. Hotel staff is very accomodating and the rooms were clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel. Staff very friendly . Nice live music. Comfortable rooms and nice pool. Only downside is that my fan ran 24/7 in the room and could not figure out how to turn it off . But overall I highly recommend"

"The rooms were immaculate and spacious. The breakfast buffet was just ok, the usual powdered eggs, etc., but there was an omelette bar. At check in we were not advised about the $100 per room hold on credit card until we asked, after getting to the elevator and looking at the receipt. We got it back at checkout, but they should tell you!"

"Probably the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff anywhere! I was offered coffee even after they cleared the free morning carafes. I was also granted late checkout after chatting with the Operations Manager in the elevator. Best homey atmosphere you could expect at any airport hotel. "
