I stayed at this facility with my family in 2019 (pre-pandemic). It was a very nice stay and that is why I came back because I was in the area for the 250th anniversary of Lexington & Concord. However, I felt that the service this time was less than quality. There was always a line at the front desk (so not worth waiting to just ask a question), the staff were too busy to help, less staff available or visible, the pool area had been made smaller. No one came to make the beds or clean the room and I called the front desk because we did not have an extra blanket for myself, sleeping on the pull out couch. The man at the desk said he could not bring it up but that I had to come down! He said he did not have anyone to bring it up to the 8th floor. So I went down to get it, he had a long line, grabbed a messy unfolded blanket to me and said here you go. I asked if it was even clean because he pulled it out of a laundry cart unfolded. Also, the breakfast area seemed to be not very well manned and the food quality had declined significantly. The eggs were terrible and cold, and the chicken "chicken sausage" was cold and hard with no taste. I was very surprised by a Hilton Property. I will not be going back.
