房間太舊，廁所燈泡不亮，來修理的人說不是燈泡問題等材料到了再來更換，我們住四個晚上，有三個晚上浴缸上方沒有燈，浴室插頭沒有通電，吹風機要拿到外面才能使用。酒店地點還算不錯。

This trip was my second stay at Courtyard. The woman who checked me in on May 8 2026 is the absolute best! She remembered me from my visit 2 months ago. She is so kind and professional, I would use this hotel just for her!!! You also have one of the best rates with more spacious rooms than other downtown Boston hotels.

Great staff! My mornings were pretty busy with shopping and eating so I had to come back to my room numerous times. Staff was super understanding and willing to wait until I knew I was going to be gone for a few hours, so they could freshen my room up until.

Loved the historical wow factor of the lobby ... land yet the room had all modern amenities and a very comfortable bed. Staff was exceptional! Stayed two nights. Wonderfully located in middle of the theater district and near Boston Common.

Our room was very clean. It seemed to have recently been redone as it felt fresh and new. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection including oatmeal, fresh fruit, breakfast pastries, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, chicken sausage, made to order omelet station and a waffle maker. Temperature in room was comfortable. Personally I prefer the days of sheets and blankets as I pften find hotel comforters to be too warm. I appreciated the top sheet as I like a cover just not one that is too warm.
