「The staff is excellent. So attentive and kind, I ended up staying an entire week longer than I’d planned because I felt so at home. The staff treated me like family, there’s a wonderful bar across the street where expats gather in the evening. Close enough to all the local attractions and bars, but resides on a street that feels like its own little community of friendly faces. If you’re looking for a down to earth landing place, this is your spot.」

「Front desk unfriendly, especially the lady」

「The room was filthy. There was no hot water for showers. No TV. The manager’s attitude was unhelpful which began with check-in and a misunderstanding with a cab driver. Moving tomorrow and really happy about that. In contrast, the staff in the restaurant went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.」

「I’d like to thank Tung at the front office for assisting us with anything we needed and help with the room amenities. A special thank you to Trinh and Sen in the spa and Phuoc, the barista. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden overlooking the beach, pool time and walking down the beach. Please note due to beach erosion, you have to make your way to the beach by climbing down some sand bags. We plan on returning to this property. 」

「We had consecutive 40 degrees days and the well air conditioned room and swimming pool were a joy to return to at the end of the day. All of the tailor, coffee shops and restaurants were within walking distance of the hotel. The night market is also on the same street as the hotel.」

「The hotel is fine in general and employees are excellent. However, certain parts are not so well maintained. For example, the door to balcony is unable to be locked.」
