"I absolutely LOVE the staff here at the Holiday Inn of Covington. They are kind, courteous, helpful, and very friendly. I would like to thank Daze for going above and beyond in his kind helpful interactions last night as well as Ms. Adrienne going above and beyond in her interactions with me as well. We had an issue with Orbitz, but in the end, i'll always be an IHG hotel member! Thankful for a wonderful, restful stay!"

"Kim at the front desk was very friendly and helpful!! After a long drive from Houston she check us in quick and went the extra mile to get us two rooms next to each other plus we got extra bag of cookies for the kiddos. The hotel 1bedroom with sofa bed was perfect for family of 5 . AC was cold and breakfast was good . "

"It nice, but it’s old, and with that comes old house problems. Water pump went out on Fri and no water until Sat evening. While it was the worst place I’ve stayed, I probably would not recommend it."
