"I didn’t have breakfast I think it was an extra charge we didn’t know this. The kitchen staff was rude when I called down to order regular cokes and kept trying to joke that he would add alcohol though I asked several times not to. I was with a recovering alcoholic so it was extremely rude."

"I stay here whenever I'm in the area. Its well maintained, I've had a couple times where something was broken. (Shower handle would spin and not turn on, another time the wall outlet didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone next to the bed). Nothing major, and the staff apologized and tried to make it right. I'll keep coming back, I understand that things happen."
