「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. 「The elevator is either broken or just doesnt run at all ..We had to take the stairs to the 5th floor almost every time up and down..They run out of towels everyday its unbelievable..Lots of broken or stuff thats not working..I have stayed here before and had no problems thats why we came back..Obviously its going down hill..Check in took an hour and the parking lot is so hard to navigate ..Ladtly they never said the water park was under construction that made me really upset aswell..」
