「At 3am in the morning couldn’t flush toilet had to move to a room on other side of floor then the elevator wouldn’t go dn to 1st floor spoke to the lady who said she was a mgr wasn’t apologetic at all about none of the situations told me jst put the elevator on hold & the other one would com up to 3rd floor this was after I walked dn 3 flights of steps I was told by the same mgr that she would giv me $25. off per night which I’m waiting to receive so I won’t b stayn at the Country Inn Suites...

「We arrived late and the staff was very nice and friendly. We found our room and parked in front of it. We are 2 women traveling. There was an unsettling moment with a car that rolled by very slowly and stared down my daughter. They ended up in the room next to us. My daughter was very nervous. The security guard that is mounted to the door jam was half falling off. I tried to turn the deadbolt several times but it didn't line up. Not a safe place for women to stay. 「Everything was nice.we arrived early and wasn't allowed to check in till 4. So don't arrive early. Food was good and the bar was nice.」

「We had a flat tire around 2pm on route neat Columbia. Called the site and they said no refunds since the hotel was booked on Expedia. Finally after many attempts to contact Expedia customer “service”…they said the would contact site and approve a refund but then said the site was not answering phone and closed the file. Do better.」
