「This was the best place ever to stay!」

「The room was immaculate and comfortable. The staff were nice, especially Kim, who prepared a delicious breakfast each day. The only reason I scored it a 4 instead of a 5 is that breakfast was an additional charge that I did not realize until our arrival and housekeeping texted us about our needs and I requested fresh towels that we never received.
