「The Sonesta was attractive and the front desk staff very friendly and professional. Our beds and bathroom were clean but the carpet was stained and the wallpaper in the bath was buckling in one area. There were weeds outside in the landscape area. I guess deferred maintenance was the biggest problem. I would still stay there again.」

「Although the price was high for downtown GR, the space was great, the location was great, and the staff, especially the front desk, made it happen.」
