「Prior to booking this hotel we saw a few reviews which made us wonder if we were booking the right hotel. Well I can tell you, we made the right choice. The bed was comfortable, no issues with the staff & they were all very friendly, breakfast was good and no issues with the parking. We would certainly stay there again without hesitation. 」

「The A/C was broken, did not function at all; the shower door has high pitch squeaking sound every time i closed it. Everything else is good.」

「Overall this is a great hotel. Great value for the amenities that are offered. Close to the airport for those that travel. Fun for the kids to see airplanes constantly. The pool area was very busy at night; we did stay over a weekend. That being said, it was still an enjoyable place to be. The temperature of the pool was good! Felt comfortable and not cold. Hot tub was hot! 」

「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...
