「Great location. Friendly staff. Beautiful views. We’ll be back!」

「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「We checked in and the elevator was filthy. Our room was filthy, not vacuumed and the bathroom shower tub had scum around it. We went back to the front desk and got lost down by the pool and laundry room. The helpers had their children there. There were kids in dirty laundry baskets sleeping. When we got back to the front desk, the Manager was on a business call. I waited 20 minutes but was unable to speak with him. I am requesting a full refund as we left and went to another hotel.」

「The general feeling was not a hospitality venue but a place where people just come to sleep and go. The cleaner just changed towels and straightened the top of the bed, leaving the bottom part as ruffled as it was slep on. The sink didnt drain water as one brushed teeth which was mucky. The front desk hardly picked up calls when one called from the room for assistance. The photos in the rezer ation showed a newer hotel but on arrival we found a much older one with dated furnishings.」
