「Everything is very good. It would be perfect if the shower water pressure is a little higher」

「The hotel location is ok,but the room is very small and old. There is no coffee machine in the room,even don't have a bottle of water. The girl at the front desk is arrogant. 3-night hotel experience is not good.」

「Hussein was absolutely amazing! He greeted us every morning and helped us with taxi and gave great ideas what to do during the day! Very valuable employee 」

「Comfortable and spacious room, good location Cleanliness can be improved, washbasin drained slowly. Saw some debris on edge of cupboard, and hair of previous occupier. The fan next to the window was noisy though I managed to sleep still」

「Staff were amazing, from greetings in the morning to the cleaning staff being very helpful and accommodating. Good overall experience and would definitely book here again. Only compliant was that in my particular room, the shower looked to have been repaired as there was a crack in the sidewall that were covered in clear caulk, why not white to hide it? The shower door was also not aligned properly so it did not close all the way, damaging the mating piece.」

「Loved that it was in walking distance to the L and local shopping. The property was extremely clean, check in a breeze. Room was amazing. Love that the hotel enforced quiet hours. Will be staying every trip to Chicago!」

「The property was easy to get to, very clean comfortable overnight stay. Plenty of parking. The staff were very nice and helpful. I arrived a little early for checkin and nothing showed available in the system. The gentleman went back and found a room for me to checkin, so I didn’t have to wait.」
