「I like the pre-check in option, saved me time. Felt safe there. They allowed pets for only $25 extra, well worth the fee for the convenience. They also had a text service which came in handy when we had to report loud bass music through the wall after midnight. We didn’t have to go down to the lobby to report it which was nice. They were able to call the neighbors and get the music lowered. Loved the service, love the hotel. 」
