「I’ll start off with the positives. The STAFF are amazing and do their best. Very kind and helpful & you can tell. Location is great, everything walking distance. Air conditioner was great. Again, Love love love the staff & gift shop next door has detergent for laundry and pads for menstrual for cheap, very convenient. Lechonera Diego is amazing across the street. 「I have never traveled to PR so much in 1 year. But my mother passed and I have had to. This is the best hotel I have stayed in. I had some trouble with the internet but other than that the service and the facilities were phenomenal.」

「Older hotel that could use a little updating, but over all it was fine. Did have to request housekeeping to come on 3 times so that was frustrating, but the front desk was helpful and offered extra drink coupons for our inconvenience, Absolutely loved the beach, it was like a secret spot. Most people stayed at the pool that was also nice, but the beach had an amazing breeze. All the staff was super helpful and kind,」

「It was an absolute pleasant stay. The staff are just on another level, so kind and helpful! The beach attendant was very friendly and always checking in on us. And the front desk attendant are just a delight! You MUST check out drag brunch on Sunday, it’s a requirement. Super fun and the queens are fierce! Food and drinks are amazing. Already can’t wait for my next to Puerto Rico! I already miss my ocean view from my room! Highly recommend this stay!」

「We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great, and the apartment was clean. The furniture showed some signs of wear, but it was still functional. The only issue was communication during the early morning when we needed help finding the apartment. We didn’t receive a response until the following day. Other than that, everything was good, and we appreciated our stay.」
