「Parking is awful in Old San Juan and this hotel does nothing to help. There is no place to unload luggage, except by blocking traffic. There is no help from anyone to help with luggage. The hotel rooms were Ok, but old and the floors were not attractive, in fact the floors were dirty. I only stayed here one night but would never stay here on multiple nights. The location, however, was excellent.」

「Even though self check in, just was very responsive and accommodating!」

「I did not like the area around for once, 2 is complicated to find the place and you have to park far from the place. Not safe!!!」

「First thing if it’s going to be self check in the place should be loaded with towels, couldn’t get anyone to bring me fresh towels, unit was ok but the couches are filthy use a couch cover or get them professionally cleaned. Located near everything was a plus it was ok for the money we spent」
