"Would stay here again "

"Hotel is nice but I reserved a room with a king size bed and was told at check in that there was no more rooms with king beds. I need to settle for two double beds. I took the room but was a bit dissatisfied."

"Our 1st room the heat didnt work. We called the number we were told to and very promptly they were bringing us the key card for a different room. The workers were all really nice and the room was very clean. There were renovations going on and there were dumpsters in the parking lot, but that is to be expected when theyre trying to remodel rooms. We were very pleased with the 2 bedroom suite we were in. "

"Hotel is attached to the airport, which makes it easy for early morning flights. Just give yourself lots of extra time if you are parking your vehicle at the hotel while traveling & be prepared to pay for the convenience of parking at the airport. "

"The hotel itself was very nice. Room was small but so well done. Would have given 5 stars, but the music from the rooftop bar was so loud that it made sleeping a challenge. When I mentioned this to the front desk they said that the rooftop was a separate owner and that they have made attempts to ask them to lower it,but with no success. They did apologize for the noise. "

"The room is big, the service is friendly and generous, the giant atrium is well-kept vintage. Good pool, room perks. Getting the hotel shuttle was the only hitch. Hotels.com chat bot was glitchy and unproductive. This is not on the hotel staff. Automate it all the way, or don't advertise it. "Contact property for help" from a noisy curb outside baggage claim took 30 min."

"Staff at property were very friendly. Gwendolyn made checkin quick and easy and answered all our questions with ease and care. "

"Initial check-in, the rooms were not ready but we only had to wait for 15 minutes for them to become ready. The TV wasn't working in either room, but the Service Staff fixed the issue within 10 minutes. We all had a nice time, the Staff was excellent."

"Very nice hotel and close to where we went. However the parking was weird and very limited. At first it seemed like they parked our car and kept the keys but then someone else said something different. It was very odd. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. We selected a room with a sofa, kitchenette and desk; perfect for a teen to study and do homework. We were in the area for college visits and the location was perfect with plenty of food choices minutes away. The staff was warm and welcoming. Now if you could only have got the tweens to stop running and yelling in the halls (large group traveling for some type of school sports playoff). It did magically stop before bed. "
