「The staff were so friendly, and the location was perfect as well, only 10 mins walk to the lakeside. But the pity thing is they dont privde breakfast 」

The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. 「Room needed repairs in the bathroom. I had a handicapped room but there was no handicapped parking near the door that was closest to my room. Coffee pot took forever to brew a cup of coffee. Mattress was comfortable and the pillows were outstanding. No extra blanket in the room.」
