Allendale 3 Stars Hotels

"This hotel was very clean. The staff was nice and welcoming. The check in/out process was easy and fast. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've had, and they had complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies throughout the day near the front desk. I did not have time to check out the pool area. The beds were comfortable, and we had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. It is a short ride to downtown Grand Rapids, so a good location for our trip. Would definitely stay here again!"

"A little hard to figure out where to park to check in, but after that it was good. Also, had a little difficulty getting out of the garage. Front desk said our card was good until 6, but we couldn’t get in the hotel doors with it to get to the parking garage, so we walked up the ramp, then parking was charged to our room, but the key card wouldn’t open the gate. We had to call someone and eventually got thru after giving room number and name. "

"I wish i had booked both days while i was there. Check in was a little different as you have to enter from within the garage elevators, versus a main entrance on the street level."

"The room was very clean and had a very well equipped kitchenette. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Check in went smoothly. Safety was ensured with key entry to doors as well as elevators. "

"The young man, Mozzy, who checked us in was phenomenal, he was a godsend but the condition of our room needed some serious repairs/renovations. The wallpaper was patched on the wall, there was clearly black mold in the bathroom, and our comforter had either food stains or coffee stains on it….just nasty. "

"We love staying here. With the exception of the bedroom rug having a big hump in it....the rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable."
