"Ice maker.An elevator were broke.Pictures on the website were misleading and were definitely edited by AI. Front desk was kind of a stiff not very friendly. But overall, I say 3 out of 5. "

"The KEX Portland was amazing. I stayed for 3 nights in a 4 mixed bunk bed room. The beds were perfect size and quite comfortable, I’d recommend adding another pillow but either way I slept through the night. The comforter was thick and perfect to keep you warm thru the night. The storage below the beds contained plenty of space for all your belongings, didn’t know what to do with all of it. It’s a great space to get to know the others in the room and have a good time. Showers/Bathrooms were fantastic, the water heated up quickly so you didn't have to wait around or it to get warm and they provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash if you forgot yours. I did not try the amenities except the bar. Each night I indulged in beverages, the bartenders were amazing and provided amazing conversations thru the night. The last night I finally had a Cesar Salad and Steak, let me tell you that some of the best food I’ve had. That place is always busy at night with locals coming for drinks, highly recommend enjoying some drinks. Excellent hotel and staff, plus its centrally located in my opinion to allow easy access to everything around Portland."
