"The property is not kept up and could be much cleaner. To open the room door there was a "trick" that the staff had to show me. The door was not aligned properly so to open it you have to pull on the door and then push it up. Also the shower nozzle was loose it was difficult to turn on the water and I was not able to turn it back off. Very disappointed. Will not stay here again"

"Things that could have been better. The hotel appeared to be short staffed and the room that they gave me was not well prepared. The room did not have a tv remote control, and both the microwave and coffee makers were in areas that did not reach outlets so I had to move them. I had to ask the front staff for a remote control 3 times over a 2 day period and had the same experience asking for towels. The bathroom ceiling had 2 unrepaired areas of water damage. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. Expedia shows this hotel as breakfast included, however the hotel charges $16 per person for a minimal buffet. Overall it is a nice hotel with comfortable beds. I will likely give it another try."

"This place was horrible. They offer kitchenettes, however, there are no pots, pans, anything to cook with. Also the staff was extremely rude. I was gone and my girlfriend was going up to our room when she was approached by the front desk in the elevator, in public spaces of the hotel, and was repeatedly asked "what's your room number". She was a guest of the hotel and was on the reservation. She felt extremely uncomfortable saying out loud which room number she was in as she was alone at the time while I was off at work. It made her extremely uncomfortable. I reached out to the hotel and was hung up on twice, by supposedly the front desk manager and the general manager. They told me it was "policy to ask people which room they are in especially because they didn't see her before". Well of course they weren't the ones who checked us in. I was trying to give them my email address as I wanted to see this so called "policy" they have. When I did, they hung up on me. I booked a different hotel and had her leave. This place is TERRIBLE and would never recommend anyone to this place. Unprofessional staff and nasty rooms. "

"Don't stay here. They don't have an elevator, or provide housekeeping to start with. We specifically requested housekeeping before leaving for the day, stating we'd need new towels. After being gone for over 8 hours we found that housekeeping never came. My husband had to go downstairs to ask them to clean the room up. We couldn't call downstairs because the phone isn't actually plugged in or usable. It's just a prop. The lack of an elevator is inconvenient at best and not ADA complaint I'm sure. Expedia would be wise to put that information in a more obvious spot as it's not mentioned on the booking page unless i scroll way down. The mold in the pool is probably a health hazard, I'd be interested in finding out if it's safe to be open to the public. But the 'Active Shooter' that didn’t exist and was used as an excuse not to serve breakfast was the highlight. When my husband went downstairs to get coffee he found that breakfast was canceled due to an active shooter. When I asked for clarification because now we felt unsafe at the hotel, the man on shift, Jay, told me it was just a man with a gun and he was told by police to avoid any gatherings. Which didn't make me feel any safer. I called the non-emergency police line to get more information on the situation. The woman on the line told me there is zero gun or police activity in the area of the hotel. She isn't sure why he would say that."

"Unless you’re very desperate for a room i would keep driving. Absolutely filthy room. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I forfeited the money as it wasn’t worth it to stay and be so uncomfortable."
