Everything was great except the mattresses I would say are the worst part. For the newness of this hotel I would’ve thought the beds would’ve been better. Other than that highly recommend and will consider a stay again in the future!

I booked for a queen bed with a sofa bed and didnt get that also the curtains in the room were broken and ripped definitely need to be replaced. After being told there would be no cleaning service I had a rude awakening to loud knocking at 8am then having cleaning service enter the room because she had the room on her cleaning list. No instruction as to where to leave trash. Were told it would take an hour before we could get clean towels.

Unfortunately, transits no security other than the cameras that they have, which is good because they get to see if something happens to you at least they get to see who did it to you a motorhomes set outside since I arrived on Thursday who knows how long it had been there before and every day was a car giving the motorhome eight jumpstart and people lingering outside the motorhome which I know we’re not reciting at the hotel but I guess it always happens to somebody right so can’t Really judge

Arrived in room. Bathroom had ants everywhere. I killed the ants but a few stragglers stuck around. I was in town to visit a sick friend so was too exhausted to complain. The next morning I was counting on breakfast. I booked the hotel based on amenities. I was told the employee didn't show up so that was out. I also booked the property because they had a lounge/bar. After a long day I returned to find out the employee running the bar had a "family issue" so they couldn't serve me. Other than that I was hoping the fireplace in courtyard would be running. But no. At checkout I mentioned and showed pictures of the ants. No response. I thought maybe I would get some sort of compensation? I will say the employees were very friendly. That's it.
