"Pool needed chemicals, the water was a greenish color. Hot tub was very foamy on the second day I was there. I couldn’t see the water at all just a thick layer of white foam. My son and I were only able to use the pool or hot tub one night (after waiting a reasonable 20 min). The remaining two nights were very busy with one or more families that had 6+ kids that which were continually in the pool and hot tub. We checked several different times throughout the afternoon and evening but it was full. "

"24 hr shuttle is reliable on the half hour. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our family appreciates the extended layout with the sitting area and pullout bed. Breakfast is good. Park and fly is available. Not super fancy but near an industrial business area. Cascade station is a few minutes away by car for shopping dining and transportation. Comfortable and reliable for repeat stays near the airport. "

"Excellent staff. Park and fly option is ideal. Rooms have been renovated. Carpet in hallway is a bit grimy on the 4th floor. Beds and linens are clean and very nice. "

"The worst hotel.experience ever. A group of people staying there had a party in the parking lot until well past 4am. When i had to leave for the airport. Nobody did anything about it. I didnt sleep at all it was so loud in the room. Girls were twerking on top of the car. I wouldve rather slwpt in my car. I need someone to contact me asap "

"Room was amazing fully stocked and clean. Loved the free laundry. Only having one door to come in and out of was inconvenient and the security guard was Inappropriate and Rude starting cussing out my boyfriend who was waiting out by our car. Accusing him of trespassing and not supposed to be there. We had stayed three nights but because of the ordeal with the guard we were not allowed to stay another night even tho it was for already. Disappointed that the security was allowed to act like that and it down to his word against ours and apparently guests/customers are NOT always right anymore EVER… other than that the staff was kind even the manger was nice all things considered."

"Breakfast wasn’t worth the extra charge it should be included. The room was comfy and the check in process was easy. The staff was a little rude the next day when I went to extend my stay and I thought it was unnecessary to charge me for another deposit. I ended up paying three separate deposits during my stay… other than that it was a great place and I would recommend it"

"The front desk staff was the best thing about this hotel. O was gone from my room from 8:00am until 6:30 Pm and my room wasn’t cleaned when I returned. It is in great need of a makeover. "
