「入住時發現膠囊咖啡機裡面還有殘水沒有倒掉，三顆膠囊也少了中間那顆沒補，house keeping還有進步空間。」

「很不錯的inn,旁邊就是電車站，還送了電車票，櫃臺員人非常好。停車位是一樓外面，很方便。早餐簡單，但人不多，舒服。整個hotel都走可愛風，房間有廚房，一切都蠻新的！下次還會選的inn」

「The hotel is EXTREMELY not clean. There were bed bugs on our mattress and I got bitten badly. After we examined the mattress, we also noticed a huge stain at the end of the bed, couldn't tell if it's coffee or blood. The front desk assistant manager Sage was helpful in that she helped us get our payment back and moved us to the Hampton Court hotel next door after we reported the bed bug issue. But still--I have never lived in a hotel where there were bedbugs, even in motels that are $50 dollars...
