Lana went above and beyond to help us retrieve our stolen property from another guests. She and the other attendants were also flexible around my work schedule and their check out time policy. Several instances I ended up extending my stay but could not meet the deadline to bring my ID in person until several hours later. Thank you Lana and Motel 6 staff for being patient \.

Motel 6 gave me a wheelchair person room on the ground floor. It had one door inside connected to the next room. There was always noise coming from the other room. My privacy was messed up. I’m very upset and disappointed. I need refund for my stay.
