"Staff were friendly. Room was incredibly hot though, it made for a restless sleep. A large fan was provided but its no good for ones sleeping on the upper bunks which I was. Otherwise, location is great."

"Hotel was great, breakfast was good. Area was safe, but the alley outside tends to get a lot of litter. Not sure if it's standard in the UK, but no tissue box, and only a combined body wash/shampoo. Lots of outlets, wish they had USB charging ports. The extra beds were ready for us when we got in."

The only complaint I have is that the actual building name wasn’t included in any check in details and there wasn’t a sign for Student OLIB on the door. I followed google maps which led me to a different building which caused lots of confusion. "

"I did not enjoy my stay here, in terms of the room. The mattress was missing and I was forced to sleep on a box spring only. The floors could've been cleaner, extra towels & wash cloths should have been provided! There was insufficient toilet paper, as well. Then on top of that, I was asked to bring my trash out the room to dispose of it. It should be included within a cleaning once I vacate, even with this being a short term rental! "The overall stay was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the shower had hot water and the beds were comfortable. The location was close to the train and the Brixton market and restaurants."
