"This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. "

"The staff here were incredibly nice and made our check in and out super quick and easy! The room was clean and beds were comfy! Also the water actually got hot and the pressure was amazing! 10/10 will stay here again if I find myself in topsail! "

"This was the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. The grounds,the pool and the condo were immaculate. Even the laundry room was spotless. Only minor issue was with the code box on gate. It's a little temperamental and hard to see the screen because of sun glare. Door lock to condo is a bit tight and could use updating. Needless to say we will be returning and highly recommend this property. "
