「Look, if you're just looking for a place to crash/sleep when visiting Williamsburg and aren't too picky, or a "Karen", this place will suffice. Otherwise, you may want to look elsewhere. The property overall does not match the outside façade or lobby. The room was typical hotel "meh"...nothing exceptionally good OR bad about it. The "Continental" breakfast ended up just being orange juice and coffee. But the only real, legitimate complaints I can offer are that the pool water desperately...

「The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it.
However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids.

「Spark is a nice mid level hotel. The rooms are small and hard to maneuver in. When we walked into the room the cleaning crew left a bottle of cleaning chemicals on a side table that I did not notice at first, I don’t have a small child but if I did I would’ve been concerned. And our A/C rattled so loud it would wake me . Prolly won’t stay there again」

「In the center of Williamsburgs activities- outlets and more. Nicely maintained b property. Spacious rooms and very clean. Nice indoor pool. Breakfast was good, although we got caught up with a large bus of students, so most of the food-eggs, yogurt, bread were gone by 8:40. Staff was helpful although I'm NOT a fan of wearing ear buds when servicing customers - (check in & out), (I'm a teacher and this irks me since you never know if they are fully attentive). Overall, a pleasant experience...
