Front lobby nice, room, elevator, and hall ways in need of an upgrade- smell of 1970 smoke filled carpet in room- curtains- water damage of bathroom door- if carpet was removed or replaced with laminate or vinyl flooring it would have been easier to keep maintained for cleaning. "
