"The staff was very pleasant! They made the stay well worth while. The room wasn't quite up to the level of cleanliness that we are used to at most Holiday Inn Express locations, and the pool unfortunately wasn't open during our stay, but they are remodeling so we can understand."

"I didn't stay the staff person said I had to wait fifteen minutes she had to take care of 3 other people. I had made the reservation. She was rude, so I just left and went elsewhere."

"The bathroom shower head looked like it could fall off, the tile around on the wall was damaged. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The bathtub was stained. The sink only the hot water worked the cold handle was broke. Had to have housekeeping come and change the sheets because they looked as if they hadn’t been changed from the previous person. The carpet was gross, not sure when it was last vacuumed. They don’t have a breakfast bar."
