"Check in was quick and easy. Greeted by Larry at the front desk. Larry was friendly, polite, and helpful. Lobby was clean as was the rest of the property. "

"Overall nice stay for price. Our sink leaked in our bathroom and they had no extra pillows to hand out when we asked (just 1 is all we needed). The area between the elevators and the pool is very musty/damp smelling and the floor in front of the elevator was always wet with no signs out. Breakfast was as to expected but juice dispenser was empty for both flavors and no water as an option. Overall room was clean and smelled nice, water pressure was decent and we had plenty of towels. "I like the staff. Everyone gets treated with a smile. Rooms were clean. Dislikes: the continental breakfast was not good. Ended up just having cereal or going out to McDonalds or something nearby. Its literally right off the freeway so its like a loud freeway through your room all night. Overall however for the price it was a good stay."

"Booked a room on a busy weekend for Thunder Over Louisville. Check in was easy with someone there to greet us, provide parking pass, and room keys along with an overview of the events going on downtown. Parking is onsite and no issues. Our room was clean and in great shape. This was a great place to stay for a quick walk down to the events and back throughout the day. As busy as it was downtown the hotel managed it well."

"Staff was friendly, check in easy, breakfast was very good. Everything was clean and nice. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the shades didn't close enough to block out all light. The biggest issue we had was there is not enough sound proofing in the ceilings and walls. We could hear every step our upstairs neighbors made (at 3am) and the ice maker outside our door. So it made for a restless night."

"The Hotel is in a easy location for a lot of events. The rooms for Red Roof inns are small compared to Days Inns. I will not be staying in a Red Roof Inn anymore because of the size. I'm not looking for a 1 bedroom apartment, but the wife an I can't walk between the TV and the bed at the same time."
