"La recepcionista bilingüe fue de gran utilidad, y muy amable señorita."

"Room was clean - bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was what you would expect - fairly basic but was ok. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel - just slept there. Liked the hotel - lovely looking swimming pool but we didn’t use. At night there was a lot of noise - sounded like teenagers being up late with lots of slamming doors around 2am. The location of the hotel was really good for getting the Metra from Downers grove to Chicago. And downers Grove was lovely and cute."

"The breakfast could have been a bit better. Eggs and bagels would have made it better that the toast bread that was provided. I also had to ask for bananas. Coffee was good.. shuttle was very prompt and efficient. The bar was very relaxing. Was able to watch thw final soccer game."

"Great place to stay if you’re flying out of O’Hare. Nothing fancy, but comfortable and clean. Slightly loud highway if you’re facing the road. Breakfast was pretty good as well. I’ve stayed here before and will stay here again, but not a luxury option."

"This is the most horrible place to ever try and stay! First the pictures online are extremely deceiving! When we got there the sheets on the beds were dirty and full of stains, the place smelt terrible, there were pills in the floor and pieces of garbage, including artificial eyelashes, there were live bugs all over, the lights weren’t working, and so much more. We tried asking for clean sheets they told us they were out of all bedding until after the weekend! We told them all of our concerns...

"Hotel needs to update blankets and shower curtains and clean before every use... I'm not sure why this has not been done."

"Close to the airport and easy for an early morning flight."

"The only thing I don't like is that in the room is no refrigerator."
