"Yes the property did allow service dog and the room temp was the good thing about the place. Obtaining room cleaning was impossible. Towels/washcloth was not obtainable daily and took two days to get 1set of towels when checked in. The room was dirty - I had to clean shower ,yself. LEFT A DAY EARLY AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND."

"It was a good place to stay. The room was clean, although nonsmoking it smelled of smoke. I bought a can of air freshener and it did the trick. Reapplied 2-3 times. The bath area has been remodeled and looks nice. I had a king room, #12, and there was ample space in the room. The surrounding area includes a tire reclamation facility and railroad tracks. "This hotel is just lovely! The suite we had was extremely clean. The furnishings and artwork were most intriguing. The location was ideal for walking downtown. The breakfast was excellent and included in the stay. We ate at hotel restaurant both evenings. The food was very good, as was the service."
