"I arrived a little past midnight at the hotel, but to my dismay I was greeted with "you can't stay here, because we don't allow pets." They were referring to my service dog, which I explained to the receptionist. I still got a refusal, even though the said receptionist confirmed they remember me from other times I've stayed at the hotel, with that very same service dog.
