"Our stay was comfortable but a few items need looked at. First our room door “squeaked” loudly when opening it. Second the heat/ac was very “noisy” like there was something loose. We couldn’t sleep with it on. Sunday breakfast was good but wasn’t ready until almost 7:20."

"I expected better for what I paid.. you can hear everything and everyone in the halls. There was roaches! Outside is dirty.. found needles..I got the room with the big jet tub and when I turned it on it literally turned the water brown. $237 for one night and I was not happy. The breakfast bar was the only good thing about my stay. Was loaded with eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, potatoes, breads, coffees and juice. "

"Rooms seemed clean, bed was comfortable. Location was convenient for an Uber to Santander Arena. Check in took quite awhile but i don't think it was because of the staff, the couple booking kept making changes. However, there was only one person checking in but 2-3 people behind the desk. Overall, happy with the stay and would book there again. "
