「Great service comfortable beds」

「NEVER GOT TO CHECK IN SAID WE NEVER HAD A RESERVATION CLERK WAS SUPER RUDE」

「Complimentary coffee is excellent, however, it does not provide free breakfast, or I shall say that the price does not include breakfast, which seems to be not the common measures for the hotels in the same area.」

「Breakfast i didn’t like choices and room did have enough towels. I had to go and ask at front desk. Room should also have enough towels for the number of guests. I didn’t like that at all.」

「This disgusting dirty hotel (can't really call it that!) is a disgrace! Looks like the rugs haven't been cleaned in years! No plastic cups in the bathroom to use and when asking the clerk at the desk he couldn't find any anywhere! The idea of a light breakfast is a joke! The soda machine takes your money but didn't dispense any soda! Called a studio with a kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pots or pans or anything to use or cook with! I would never recommend this place to anyone!」

「We had a great stay at Waynebrook Inn. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions we had. The room was very clean, and the common areas throughout the hotel were also well maintained. The hotel itself is older, but that's part of its charm. It has a lot of character while still feeling comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was exactly as advertised and was a nice added benefit each morning. 「The location was very good. There were stores, eating places and gas stations nearby which made it convenient. Parking was convenient also in that I did not have to walk very far to get to my vehicle. Room was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. He was able to give me so places to eat at and stores to shop for food.」
