「We loved our stay here, nice country hotel, fabulous food, great room but what really made it special was the staff and their excellent service. Every staff member is friendly, helpfull and polite. A real credit to the hotel. 」

「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs 」

「The hotel and staff were lovely from start to finish. Loved the pool, fantastic breakfast. The only negative was the shower and bath. The shower took ages to get warm, and the bath was not draining away the water. I did mention it to reception incase there was a blockage」

「What’s not to like!! The hosts, Jane and Calum, are friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were staying with family. Our room was spacious, well decorated and comfortable. We were within easy walking distance from restaurants and shopping. The breakfast menu gave options to please any palate. The porridge was creamy and delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay!!」

「A warm, friendly welcome awaits at The Rosemount. Lovely decor throughout. Room was clean and tidy with well stocked on tea, coffee etc. Bed very comfy. I enjoyed a good sound sleep. Looking forward to breakfast after enjoying a good dinner last night.」

「The Cairn Lodge is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. Beautiful historic architecture in wooded setting, well maintained, accent lighting, beautifully furnished and stylishly decorated. We loved dinner and breakfast in the atrium. Food and service were impeccable. Relaxing bar area, easy parking. Easy in and out. Rooms were also beautiful. Comfortable. Richard gave us a warm greeting and service along with all waitstaff. Highly recommended. Great value! 」
