「There was a young man serving at hotel who was very warm and helpful The hotel was very old and tired and facilities were not very good but the view of the loch at front was beautiful」

「For a 5 star hotel breakfast was not on point. It was a hot plate option. Dog friendly hotel but that does not mean dogs should be on seats. This was like a 5 star butlins. This hotel lives on a name. 」

「amazing facility with history of its own. 17th and 18th holes in your windows view. Walking in Old Course for morning is really blessing experience.」

「Enjoyed our stay. Room was lovely, as was the snacks provided. Walked around their gardens, and had a fabulous meal in the dining room. Sarah was our server and such a delight.」

「Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the shower was only a trickle of water, and breakfast looked a bit sad. Staff was not particularly welcoming or enthusiastic.」

「Nice cafe / bar area. Comfy and the staff came round regularly to take orders. Breakfast was really good. Cooked to order. Staff very attentive. Room was nice. We had a ground floor room with an outdoor seating area although we don’t use it. Very light room, we had French doors and 2 windows in the bedroom.」

「Cute little spot. The parking is awful so if you can come by bus, do that. Their restaurants are nice, the rooms are clean, there is a big tub to soak your aching feet. The staff was super helpful and informative, the power went out on the entire street and the personally knocked on our door to let us know and check on us and to see if they could make us dinner reservations anywhere else if the power wasn't back on by our reservation. Lovely views and lovely staff.」
