"We enjoyed the staff and the grounds keepers, they were friendly and knowledgeable. Our stay was quiet and breakfast was really nice. Would stay there again."
"The amenities are a coffee machine and ice machine. That’s it. No vending, nothing. For 1 night it’s a winner. More than 1 night prepare to need to find a laundry, soda etc. I’m not complaining, just letting future travelers know. "

"This is a beautiful hotel and the location is excellent. Alejandro and the other staff members were friendly, helpful and did an amazing job. Minutes from Dollywood and The Island - I definitely recommend."
"Such an awesome place! The kids little cabin area with the bunk beds was such an awesome thing for our kids! They had a treasure hunt in the room for the kids and they were able to get the treasure chest open! That was the coolest thing for them! The amenities are awesome and the rooms are really clean! We would definitely stay here again!"
"It was perfect! Having small children and being able to keep a close eye on them is most important, and here, we were able to do that, unlike other places in the area that are just too big. We all had a great time at their waterpark and plan to return again. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and staff are super nice!. "
"We really enjoyed our night here! It's close to everything in Pigeon Forge. You can see the ferris wheel of The Island from your room, as well as the wax museum. The buffet that is included at Wood Grill was delicious and had a great variety. The pool is large and there is also a kiddie pool if you have little ones with you. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was perfect. There is also a game room and a little gift shop there. The workers were nice as well. We'd stay here again."
