「The location of the property is excellent, just steps from the main square and public transportation. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water in the room is a great touch. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The downside of the hotel is that it’s on a rather noisy street making sleep difficult.」

「Very good experience , staff very helpful and very nice .spacious room, near city Centre in old town , a bit far away from krakow glowny train station. Have microwave oven , very convenient. 」

「Pros: with air-con, washing machine, microwave & hob. Round the corner from the main station (5 mins), walkable to old town (10 mins), tram stations are 5 mins walk. A 24-hour Carrifour Express nearby. Cons: Top floor without any side window, ceiling is very low and hit our head, space is very limited due to the irregular ceiling, totally different from the pics shown (like half size only). Didn't know it's located on the top when booking this room, spent all energy to move up the 2 big...

「Lovely apartment in a quiet area but close to the station and not far from the main square. We were lucky to get in early to the property which was sparkling clean. Very safe and I recommend the local cafe near the apartment. If staying on the sofa bed I recommend an eye mask as the blinds don’t keep the light out. I loved the nespresso coffee machine too. Would stay again」

「really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. 」

「the flat was clean, tidy and well-equipped. it's in an excellent location, only about 15 min walk from Krakow's old city. there are a couple of supermarkets nearby, along with a coffee shop (excellent pastries), an Indian restaurant (recommended) and a Vietnamese restaurant/takeaway. would definitely stay at this flat again.」
