"Great value for money. Breakfast was solid. Great location near the metro and a bunch of good restaurants. Staff was nice and spoke good English. Room was huge and the bed comfy. Two small things I think they could improve (1) better coffee in the room.- instant coffee sucks (2) put some larger weights in the gym, they largest they have was 10KG, it wouldn't be that hard to add up to 20KG, makes a big difference. "

"Service here goes beyond the typical 5 star hotel. Rooms are very spacious, clean and new. Great location and easy to get anywhere. Most staff can speak English, Japanese, and Mandarin. Me and my wife are so happy we chose to stay here."

"Great hotel close to mrt stations and walkable to Taipei Main Station which provides connections to all over. Room size is very good/sizeable for Asia. Bathroom very sizeable too, with the shower having great water pressure and heaps hot water. Important after a long day touring. Beds are very comfy. Views aren't epic given the older area/location, but it doesn't matter if you're out and about. Breakfast is good too, with many selections - mostly Asian style though. Overall a great stay."
