The hotel runs smoothly overall, but the only downside is the elevator situation—it can get very crowded, and I once had to wait for three turns just to get in. Still a solid choice for value, just be prepared for a bit of a wait during peak hours."

"Truly fantastic hotel! I was very impressed as this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I paid extra for higher floor with a view and happy I did. I had windows on both sides of my hotel room which made me feel on top of Taipei. Great friendly staff with excellent English ability. Comfortable bed and the best shower experience I've ever had in a hotel! Truly great rain shower with additional shower handheld sprayer as well. Hot water and excellent pressure. Perfect location. 5 minute walk to Beiman MRT station and 10 minutes to Main station. 10 minute walk or so to Ximen as well. "

"Staff was extremely helpful, very understanding of everything had great suggestions of stuff to eat or do. They held my baggage for me until my flight and was a breeze to get in and out. Very close to the metro station. My only gripe is that the sound proofing could be a bit better, you can sometimes hear door slamming in the hallway. Altogether still a great stay and would stay again"
