Wonderful location. Close to mrt station, restaurants, bakery, 7 eleven, family mart and small Carrefour store. Room can be made / cleaned every day. Air con works, had a room with separate bath tub and shower cubicle. No hot water issues. Free bottles of water and snacks in room daily and free snacks and hot and cold drinks in basement. Free massage chair and play area with free pc and console for older kids. Would definitely book again if going back to Taipei.

Excellent staff and customer service

We chose Ambience Hotel Taipei for its location, price, and strong reviews, and it did not disappoint. Service was excellent from the start; staff were warm and welcoming, and check-in was quick and smooth. Our corner room had lots of natural light, was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We especially appreciated the bathroom with a bathtub and washlet, plus high-quality amenities (though adding lotion would make it perfect). The location was very convenient, walking distance to a train station and a park, with plenty of convenience stores nearby. The biggest highlight for us was the breakfast buffet: delicious, well-balanced, and surprisingly healthy. We looked forward to it every morning. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for first-time visitors to Taipei.
