「The receiptionist is great and helpful especially the lady call Jasmine and she is really helpful and suppport in my trip. The food in the morning is great. The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!」

「Such a lovely place, the breakfast is amazing. The host was super friendly even though we arrived late. She stayed up and accommodated us at the last minute, made us feel welcome. 「The apartment was clean, the check-in process was easy, and the place was easy to find. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, and considering the price, everything was really good and met our expectations. The only small downside was the check-in time.
