"Shops nearby. Location is good on the strip. Stayed at this property many times over the last 10+ years. Property is due for a refresh in some critical areas. Check in process was very long,, we got our room and everything was conpletely fifthy and not cleaned from the last guests. Mistakes happen but I would suggest for future ,, maybe a simple thing like a complimentary room upgrade in exchange for returning guest would be appropriate "

"Pool construction created a foul smell in walkway from self parking to hotel. I had booked a King room and called the day prior to notify the hotel that I was arriving the next morning due to a cancelled flight. The Luxor let someone else have my room and gave me a two queen room instead. Pretty dissatisfied with my stay. "
