"The hotel is literally inside Dotonbori, so the location is great and you can do everything nearby. The room is Japanese-style: not very big, but comfortable. My only concern is the bathroom, specifically the shower area. It really needs some bleach — it looks old and dirty, completely different from the rest of the room. The staff was really nice, very kind and helpful."

"I wasn’t overly impressed. The rooms were in need of improvement. The entrance to this hotel is really confusing because it’s embedded into a shopping mall and metro station. There’s much nicer hotels in Osaka in this price range. "

"Room was so small with the 3 beds that we could barely move. Plus, my son-in-law got my room reservation and I got his. Their room was larger for the 3 and ours was smaller and he paid less."
