「Overall great time. The staff was alittle unprepared with some of the extra activities. They could have informed guest about Travelblazer Challenge.. we read about it in the flyer but no staff encouraged us to join or even asked if we knew about it.」

「The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. Also I want to thank the two front desk employees Michelle and Tyrese, for understanding my situation and being super accommodating to my needs. You guys rock!!! See you all again in the near future.」

「The hotel was in a great location for our trip. The staff was very friendly and always available. The room (especially the bathroom) could use some touching up and the floors were extremely creaky but overall, good choice.」

「No morning coffee」

「The stay was good. The tennis courts were good but you could tell they did not maintain them as well as they should. Also their housekeeping was horrible. When we first arrived we were missing multiple items. The front desk was extremely helpful to get those items to us. However housekeeping was to come every other day. In our 7 full days not counting check in and out days we only received housekeeping once. The prices of food was outrageous.」

「Not a good place to stay. It was affordable close to Hampton Coliseum for the concert but not clean. It was only okay for one night.」

「My family was displeased with the breakfast options. They are limited and lack variety. There are no vegan/plant based options for milk, yogurt or coffee creamer. When some items ran out, they weren't refilled or replaced, just removed. Coffee is only available during breakfast hours. It is conveniently located for events, shopping, going to the beach or just stopping off the highway for the night.」

「you couldn't even see in the pool It was so dirty you couldn't see the bottom of the pool even the 3 foot end」
