「Luxury room Clean tidy Wonderful restaurant “RISE”」

「Overall outstanding interior, location, clean, service and free snack. 」

「I don’t usually post negative comments but feel on this occasion it’s require based on the room rate. Our room including bathroom was slightly tired and is in need of a refreshment and lacked your normal toiletries for this level of hotel. The mini fridge compressors was very loud and as such led to both nights of poor sleep, not ideal when you book a weekend away to recover. However, the main building was very beautiful and had a nice lounge to relax in the evening.」

「Had one of the refurbished rooms which was excellent, but unfortunately a good few issues required rectifying in the room. (All minor niggles, but spoke of a lack of attention to detail on the refurb)」
