「A return to a favourite hotel, looking beautiful with all the Christmas lights and decorations. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The menu had changed slightly and we enjoyed a lovely meal. We will return. 」

「The room was very clean, the bed was really large and comfortable, the receptionist we met on arrival and departure was very kind, friendly and made us feel very welcome, also the domestic team were equally helpful and friendly. We were able to book a late checkout at no extra cost which made our stay even better. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely stay again when we visit York. 」

「Not close to main city centre, but near to highway as I need to travel to Manchester & Doncaster etc. Victoria style decorations, nice breakfast & easy parking….」

「提早了到酒店(12:00)，問前台可否check in ，前台服務員幫忙問一下，回覆可以，令我們可以早些放下行李箱，輕輕鬆鬆外出逛逛！👍 住了2晚，而美中不足，是第二天不知為何沒有room serving ，幸好房內用品（廁紙）都可以支持多一晚！」
