Lovely room with comfortable bed. Great atmosphere and the staff are very friendly, particularly those serving breakfast. Substantial grounds and plenty of place to park. I can hardly believe it used to be a Ladies’ Hall of Residence when I was a student at Leeds. Lucky ladies!

A bitter sweet stay. All the usual amenities, lovely clean room, nice evening meal, easy free parking, with the highlight being greeted by the delightful Nevada. The sad ending was to find that this is her last week. She has been a real credit to the hotel, and I wish her well in wherever her career path takes her next.

Nevada was back!! Otherwise, the usual comfortable stay in nice quiet surroundings and good choice of dining options. Dom was also very helpful when I checked in on the first night. Front of house is first impressions at any hotel and these staff are exceptional.

The room was clean, glad it included a smart tv, so could mirror my device. The layout of the room was odd. Also, the double bed was basically 2 singles joined together which was uncomfortable to sleep on. Staff however were very nice, really good location

We had an awesome time , it was my wife’s birthday and the staff treated her to champagne and a free sweet after lunch. The room was beautiful, very large and warm. Our stay was absolutely perfect, and I would recommend it to anyone!

I had a lovely stay. The hotel was lovely and the room was spacious and warm. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The waiter even brought me a coffee over at breakfast. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
