「Property looks nice but their staff and service is really bad not worth it to stay in that Hotel for their price rate i thought it was a luxury place but not. room service is bad , guest service is bad and to add i ordered to decorate the room for honeymoon a day before and one hour before check in they call me saying we don’t have time . 」

「Ich war schon in zwei anderen Hotels in der gleichen Straße und ich muss hier sagen: The Wings Hotel Pera hat beide getoppt. Natürlich muss auch gesagt werden, dass dieses Hotel zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts vor acht Monaten erst Eröffnet wurde. Dennoch möchte ich wirklich betonen, dass die Mitarbeiter sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit waren. Ich habe um 1 Uhr Nachts Kleiderbügel und eine Decke gebraucht. Es war innerhalb von Minuten da. 「Sejour exceptionnel dans un bâtiment historique d'époque (19eme siècle). Nous avions l'appartement luxe avec vue imprenable sur la Corne d'Or et Sultanahmet. Spacieux, confortable, lit très grand... meublé avec goût. Le manager de l'établissement, Samet, est un mélange de gentillesse et de volonté pour nous satisfaire, en communication directe avec nous sur whatsapp. Nous avons adoré l'emplacement. Merci Samet pour tout, tu es un amour.」

「Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. 」

Cons: Outdated, had a better glorious past: - floor heating was on all the time, controllers didn't really work. Technician came and said he disconnected it, but it was still on. - air-condition controllers were also not reliable, so at the end it was too hot. Some controllers were missing in our apartment. - shower controls are...

「We were able to check in prior to check in time. Room was very comfortable and bathroom was big. A daily bottle of water free of charge was provided. Breakfast staff and food were excellent. As the hotel is centrally located in the Taksim area, it is very walkable. Close to everything.」
